Emirates has introduced a new multi-city travel option for passengers heading to Southeast Asia, offering a single booking for flights across several regional destinations.
Emirates Asia Pass
Called the Emirates Asia Pass, the product allows travellers to plan and book trips across Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Cambodia, Singapore and Laos on one ticket. The pass is available to anyone flying on an international Emirates ticket into any of these seven countries.
Flexible itineraries
Travellers can choose between one and ten flights within Southeast Asia and can repeat cities if they wish. Emirates says the pass is aimed at people looking for flexible trips, whether they prefer beaches, cultural sites or major cities. The airline noted that the pass removes the need for separate bookings with different carriers and allows customers to manage all flights on one platform.
Regional connections
Key hubs such as Singapore, Bangkok and Kuala Lumpur act as starting points for regional travel. Emirates is working with Bangkok Airways and Batik Air Malaysia for onward flights, while the airline also operates services linking Thailand with Vietnam and Cambodia.
How to buy
The Emirates Asia Pass can be purchased with an Emirates international ticket through emirates.com, Emirates Contact Centres, retail and ticketing offices or travel agencies. Travellers can make changes to their flights after purchase for a fee of USD 15 per change.
