Toastmasters District 127 has announced that Sabyasachi Sengupta, the 2025 World Champion of Public Speaking, will be the keynote speaker at the upcoming Champion’s Leadership Conclave. The event will take place on Sunday, September 21, at The Aquila School in Dubailand.
The conclave, themed “Empowering Voices, Building Leaders”, will bring together over 1,000 attendees, including Toastmasters members, professionals, entrepreneurs, and corporate leaders from across the GCC. A leadership workshop will be led by DTM Col. Mohammad Murad, past international president of Toastmasters.

This summit will deliver transformative leadership insights and communication strategies to help participants elevate their life skills.”
Sengupta, who lives in Amsterdam, will speak about his personal development as a Toastmaster and share insights from his winning speech titled “Just Nod.” He commented, “I would love to join the Toastmasters Leadership Conclave in Dubai this weekend, and interact with members of one of the largest and active Toastmasters communities in the world.”
“At the conclave, I will share my journey of transformation as a Toastmaster and my path to winning the World Championship of Public Speaking,” he added.
Toastmasters District 127 includes over 3,000 members across 155 clubs in Dubai and the Northern Emirates. The organization supports personal and professional development through structured communication and leadership programs.
