Dubai property weekly report
The total value of real estate transactions conducted in Dubai during the week ending on November 10, 2023, exceeded Dhs10.3 billion, according to figures released by the Dubai Land Department (DLD).
The DLD report showed that 1,782 sales transactions worth Dhs7.4 billion were conducted, with 396 plots sold for Dhs3.99 billion, and 1,386 apartments and villas purchased for Dhs3.41 billion.
The top three transactions were a land in Me’aisem Second sold for Dhs123.66 million, a land sold for Dhs97 million in Al Safouh Second, and another in Wadi Al Safa 2 sold for Dhs 88.25 million.
Wadi Al Safa 2 recorded the most sales transactions for this week with 79 transactions worth Dhs535.96 million, followed by Palm Jabal Ali with 73 transactions worth Dhs1.62 billion, and Me’aisem Second with 61 transactions worth Dhs740.77 million.
The top three apartment and villa transfers included one in Dubai Marina for Dhs360 million, another in Palm Jumeirah worth Dhs53 million, and an apartment in Me’aisem First worth Dhs42.8 million.
The total value of mortgaged properties for the week reached Dhs1.86 billion. Meanwhile, 142 properties were granted between first-degree relatives worth Dhs1 billion.

A total of 1,524 real estate and properties transactions valued at AED 8.2 billion were conducted during the week ending 20 October 2023, according to the Dubai Land Department (DLD).
The DLD weekly report said that 232 plots were sold for AED 2.57 billion, 1,292 apartments and villas were sold for AED 3.08 billion.
The top three transactions were a land in Al Hebiah Fourth sold for AED 65.13 million, followed by a land that was sold for AED 56.67 million in Al Thanayah Fourth, and a land sold for AED 51 million in Al Yufrah 4 in third place.
Palm Jabal Ali recorded the most transactions for this week by 51 sales transactions worth AED 1.19 billion, followed by Al Hebiah Fifth with 24 sales transactions worth AED 91.65 million, and Madinat Hind 4 with 21 sales transactions worth AED 29.28 million in third place.
The top three transfers for apartments and villas were sold for AED 132 million in Business Bay, a was second in the list sold for AED 80 million in Rega Al Buteen, and thirdly it was a sold for AED 70.1 million in Mankhool.
The sum of the amount of mortgaged properties for the week was AED 2.03 billion, with the highest being a land in Business Bay, mortgaged for AED 788.28 million.
133 properties were granted between first-degree relatives worth AED 563 million.

A total of 1,445 real estate transactions worth over AED 9.5 billion were conducted during the week ending 6th October, 2023, according to figures released by the Dubai Land Department (DLD).
The DLD report showed that 248 plots were sold for AED 1.75 billion, while 1,197 apartments and villas were purchased for AED 3.18 billion.
The top three transactions were a land in Jumeirah Second sold for AED 100.44 million, a land sold for AED 100 million in Al Hebiah Fourth, and another in Al Hebiah Fourth sold for AED 70.33 million.
Al Hebiah Fifth recorded the most sales transactions for this week with 78 transactions worth AED 319.83 million, followed by Madinat Hind 4 with 60 sales transactions worth AED 98.25 million, and Madinat Al Mataar with 18 sales transactions worth AED 130.27 million.
The top three apartment and villa transfers included one in Palm Jumeirah for AED 220 million, another in Zaabeel First worth AED 200 million, and an apartment in Al Thanayah Fourth worth AED 95 million.
The total value of mortgaged properties for the week reached AED 4.2 billion. Meanwhile, 110 properties were granted between first-degree relatives worth AED 392 million.
Dubai Property Updates August 2023
Dubai real estate market recorded 503 sales transactions worth AED1.28 billion, in addition to 121 mortgage deals of AED433.55 million, and 34 gift deals amounting to AED220.8 million on August 30, 2023 (Wednesday), data released by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD) showed.
The sales included 473 villas and apartments worth AED909.86 million, and 30 land plots worth AED371.39 million.
The mortgages included 105 villas and apartments worth AED264.6 million and 16 land plots valued at AED168.95 million, bringing the total realty transactions of today to over AED1.9 billion.
Dubai’s real estate market recorded 639 sales transactions worth AED1.62 billion on August 28, 2023 (Monday), in addition to 147 mortgage deals totalling AED267.43 million, and 24 gift deals amounting to AED45.74 million, data released by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD) showed.
The sales included 596 villas and apartments worth AED1.3 billion, and 43 land plots worth AED321.81 million.
The mortgages included 127 villas and apartments worth AED239.9 million and 20 land plots valued at AED27.53 million, bringing the total realty transactions of today to over AED1.9 billion.

A total of 3,229 real estate transactions worth over AED 23.1 billion were conducted during the week ending August 25, 2023, according to figures released by the Dubai Land Department.
The DLD report showed that 183 plots were sold for AED 1.33 billion, while 2,361 apartments and villas were purchased for AED 5.77 billion.
The top three transactions were a plot in Madinat Dubai Almelaheyah sold for AED 93.37 million, a plot sold for AED 76 million in Palm Jumeirah, and another sold for AED 64.1 million in Al Barshaa South Second.
Madinat Al Mataar recorded the most sales transactions for this week with 51 transactions worth AED 182.3 million, followed by Al Hebiah Fifth with 24 transactions worth AED 59.3 million, and Saih Shuaib 1 with 19 transactions worth AED 33 million.
The top three apartment and villa transfers included three in Palm Jumeirah sold for AED 65 million, AED 57 million, and AED 54 million respectively.
The total value of mortgaged properties for the week reached AED 15.75 billion. Meanwhile, 121 properties were granted between first-degree relatives worth AED 301 million.
