Dubai Airports has launched DXB Greet & Go, a new technology-driven pickup service at Dubai International Airport’s Terminal 3.

The service aims to simplify and improve the arrival experience for guests using pre-booked hotel, limousine, or tour operator transport.

How the service works

Upon arrival at Terminal 3, guests can scan a unique QR code at a designated kiosk to access details about their assigned driver and vehicle, including parking location and car registration.

Multilingual staff then guide passengers directly to their driver, offering a clear and organised meeting point inside the Arrivals area.

Benefits and operational impact

DXB Greet & Go replaces the traditional guest paging system, reducing congestion and improving passenger flow while maintaining Dubai Airports’ security and service standards. Essa Al Shamsi, Senior Vice President of Terminal Operations at Dubai Airports, said, “DXB Greet & Go is part of our continued efforts to make every step of the journey at DXB more efficient and enjoyable. By modernising the way guests are received in the Arrivals area, we are helping our partners deliver a smarter and more personalised welcome, while easing footfall and improving operational flow within the terminal.”

Availability and registration

The service is available to licensed hotels, limousine companies, and tour operators in Dubai. These businesses can register their drivers and vehicles on the DXB Greet & Go portal and send personalised QR codes to their guests ahead of arrival. On arrival, guests use the code to verify their pickup and receive assistance from airport staff to reach their vehicle quickly.

The introduction of DXB Greet & Go reflects Dubai Airports’ ongoing efforts to enhance passenger convenience through smart technology and operational efficiency.
