DECA Developments plans to launch more than Dhs 3 billion in residential projects over the next six months, starting with a new waterfront development in Al Zorah, UAE.
The Dubai-based developer announced the expansion plans on 5 November 2026 during the launch of its new Lorévia Collection, a portfolio of premium residential developments targeting locations across the UAE and international markets.
The company plans to introduce more than Dhs 3 billion worth of developments over the next six months. Its first ten destinations will include Dubai, other parts of the UAE and selected international locations.
The announcement signals DECA’s plans to expand its residential development portfolio, with projects covering urban locations, waterfront communities and natural landscapes.
Two of the planned developments will be in Europe, including a master-planned villa community in a mountain setting.
First Lorévia Collection development in Al Zorah
The launch also introduced the collection’s first residential project, a waterfront development in Al Zorah.
The development will be surrounded by the area’s mangroves, waterways and coastal landscapes. Planned features include panoramic waterfront views, premium architecture and amenities for leisure, recreation and everyday living.
Residents will also have access to Al Zorah’s beaches, marina, championship golf course and other leisure attractions.
The announcement adds another residential development to Al Zorah, which is known for its coastal environment and waterfront lifestyle.
DECA targets premium residential buyers
Lorévia Collection will focus on residential developments designed around the character and surroundings of each destination.
Emad Haq, Co-Founder of DECA Developments, said: “True luxury goes beyond the price of a home. It’s about how every element comes together to create an elevated living experience. And that’s exactly what we wanted to achieve with Lorévia Collection,”
Saad Haq, Co-Founder of DECA Developments, said: “Buyers today are looking beyond the property itself. They’re considering the destination, the quality of the experience, the individuality of the design and the long-term value of what they own. Our ambition is to create signature addresses that respond to those expectations, while remaining highly selective in what earns the Lorévia Collection signature,”
The company said the collection would be selective, with each development reflecting its location through its architecture, design and lifestyle offering.
Developer recognises real estate partners
The launch event in Dubai also included DECA’s Top Partner Awards 2026, recognising real estate agencies and individual agents for their performance.
Two brand-new Mercedes-Benz vehicles were presented to the award recipients.
The launch marks a new phase for DECA Developments as it prepares to introduce its planned residential projects across the UAE and international markets over the coming months.
