Deal signed to develop new projects on Umm Al Quwain beachfront

A new strategic partnership is set to transform the emirate’s beachfront, with the signing of an agreement between “Umm Al Quwain Properties” and “Deyaar Development” for exciting new projects on Umm Al Quwain beachfront.

The agreement was signed at the Al Diwan Al Amiri by Sheikh Majid bin Saud bin Rashid Al-Mualla, Head of the Department of Tourism and Antiquities, representing Umm Al Quwain Properties, and Mr. Saeed Mohammed Al Qatami, CEO of Deyaar Development.

Sheikh Ahmed bin Saud bin Rashid Al-Mualla, Vice President of the Executive Council of Umm Al Quwain, highlighted the importance of such partnerships for the emirate’s economic future. He said the collaboration is a significant step in enhancing Umm Al Quwain’s beachfront, making it an attractive spot for investors. This project aligns with the government’s strategic plan to promote sustainable tourism and development, aiming to enrich the local tourism experience and offer new architectural and recreational options.

Saeed Mohammed Al Qatami of Deyaar Development shared his excitement about the project, saying, “Through our collaboration with the Umm Al Quwain government, we aim to lay new foundations for development projects in the emirate by innovating in design and creating residential spaces that enhance the quality of life while striking an ideal balance between modern living and a connection to nature.” He also noted the opportunity to contribute to the region’s growth and investment potential.

This partnership is part of Umm Al Quwain’s broader vision for sustainable development and modernization. The signing ceremony was attended by prominent figures, including Sheikh Abdullah bin Saud bin Rashid Al-Mualla, Head of the Department of Finance, and other key officials from the government.
