Abu Dhabi-based developer Burtville has started handing over units at Ville 11 in Masdar City, after the Department of Municipalities and Transport issued the development’s building completion certificate on July 31, 2026 — 14 months ahead of the handover originally scheduled for September 30, 2027.
Construction broke ground in January 2024 and wrapped up in roughly 30 months, a milestone the company says sets the benchmark for its wider pipeline in Abu Dhabi’s real estate market.
The development comprises 111 units across apartments, duplexes, and triplexes, with handovers to owners set to begin in the coming period.
The rest of Burtville’s portfolio is also tracking ahead of schedule, according to DARI, the government’s real estate platform. In Yas Bay, Bab Al Qasr Residence 25 is running 1% ahead of plan and Bab Al Qasr Residence 31 is 3% ahead. In Masdar City, Bab Al Qasr Resort Residence is 3% ahead, Ville 12 is 4% ahead, and Bab Al Qasr Garden Residence 66 is 4% ahead. In Al Raha Beach, Bab Al Qasr Canal View 22 leads the portfolio at 13% ahead of schedule.
The company’s remaining projects are progressing at a steady pace, in line with its commitment to delivering on time.
