Dubai-based developer Binghatti announced three new residential projects in Dubai during a large launch event held in Mumbai, marking the company’s first project unveiling in India.
The announcement took place at the Jio World Centre, where more than 3,000 guests — including investors, business leaders, dignitaries and entertainment figures — attended a gala dinner. The evening featured live performances and a drone show revealing the developer’s new Dubai project, Binghatti Vintage.
The event was hosted by two well-known actors, one from Hollywood and one from Bollywood, and concluded with a performance by a renowned jazz musician.
Three Dubai launches
Binghatti Vintage, valued at about Dhs 1.25 billion, is planned for Majan near Global Village in Dubai. Set to become the tallest residential tower in the district, it will rise over 40 storeys and include 1,572 units ranging from studios to two-bedroom apartments, along with a limited collection of Royal Suites. Amenities will include an open-air “Cinema Under the Stars,” infinity pools, a fitness club and family recreation areas.
Two other Dubai projects were also announced:
• Binghatti Sky Terraces in Motor City, featuring 1,824 units across tiered layouts with expansive terraces and open-air leisure decks.
• Binghatti Pinnacle in Dubai Healthcare City 2, Al Jaddaf, offering one- to three-bedroom residences with Burj Khalifa views and rooftop leisure spaces.

A five-day sales showcase is underway at the Trident Hotel, Bandra Kurla Complex, from Nov. 16 to 20, offering visitors details on the Dubai projects and access to consultations with the developer’s team.
