Azizi Developments has announced the launch of Azizi Tower 1, a new commercial project in Al Jaddaf, along with new residential buildings within Milan Heights, part of the larger Azizi Milan master-planned community.
Azizi Tower 1
Azizi Tower 1 is a 15-storey commercial development designed to support a range of business needs. The project includes office, retail, and clinic spaces with flexible layouts ranging from 500 to 2,000 square metres.
The tower features a contemporary façade, modern interiors, energy-efficient cooling systems, advanced security, and secured parking. It is located near Creek Metro Station and has direct links to Al Khail Road, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai International Airport, and Downtown Dubai.
Commenting on the launch, Mr. Farhad Azizi, Group CEO of Azizi Group, said: “Azizi Tower 1 reflects our vision to contribute to Dubai’s thriving business ecosystem by delivering future-ready commercial spaces that prioritize connectivity, efficiency, and sustainability. Alongside new building releases in Milan Heights, Azizi Tower 1 highlights our dedication to creating landmark developments that fuse strategic location, purposeful architecture, and lasting value for our investors and end-users.”
New buildings in Milan Heights
Alongside the commercial tower, the developer has also introduced new residential buildings in Milan Heights. This district is part of Azizi Milan, a fashion-inspired, sustainability-focused community located along Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road (E311).
Spanning 40 million square feet in gross floor area, the community is designed to accommodate around 144,000 residents and will include 800 hotel keys.
Milan Heights will offer a range of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. The development includes amenities such as swimming pools, fitness and wellness facilities, a cinema, jogging and cycling tracks, children’s play areas, retail outlets, and 24-hour security. Azizi Milan will also benefit from its proximity to a future Blue Line metro station, offering improved connectivity to other parts of the city.
