Private developer Azizi Developments has completed seven projects so far in 2026 and plans to deliver 10 additional developments between now and December. The developer currently has over 150,000 units in various stages of construction across its portfolio.
Delivery timeline for Azizi projects
The push to complete projects by the end of the year comes as work progresses on major developments across the emirate, including Azizi Venice, a waterfront master community in Dubai South.

Progress on Azizi Venice community
Azizi Venice, located near Al Maktoum International Airport, is advancing through construction and sales phases. Handovers for phases of the Venice-inspired project are scheduled to run through 2026 and into 2027. The development features integrated residential, retail, and leisure spaces, anchored by an 18-kilometre swimmable crystal lagoon and a 700-metre retail boulevard.
