Azizi Developments has announced the launch of Milan Heights, a new residential district within its Dhs 75 billion Azizi Milan project on Mohammed bin Zayed Road.

The launch event is scheduled for July 17 at the Conrad Hotel ballroom on Sheikh Zayed Road, starting at 9:00 am.

Project overview

Azizi Milan is a large-scale mixed-use community covering 40 million square feet of gross floor area (GFA) and expected to house 144,000 residents.

The development incorporates 800 hotel keys and blends Italian design influences with sustainability and nature.

Located along Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, the community will be accessible by the upcoming Blue Line metro station.

Milan Heights features

Milan Heights offers studios and one- to three-bedroom apartments designed for modern, functional living. Amenities include six infinity pools, a lagoon-inspired pool, five kids’ pools, rooftop infinity pools, a cinema, fitness centre, jogging and cycling tracks, saunas, jacuzzis, steam rooms, multipurpose halls, barbecue areas, children’s play areas, ample parking, and 24-hour security. The development also includes over 20,000 square metres of retail space.

Design and sustainability

Inspired by Milan’s cultural heritage, Azizi Milan features bold architectural elements and Italian sophistication. The community will host pedestrian-only fashion streets dedicated to categories such as perfumery, cosmetics, and fashion accessories, alongside cafes, restaurants, and entertainment venues.

Sustainability is central to the project. Azizi plans to offset emissions through mangrove carbon projects and certified global forest and solar initiatives.

Buildings will include rooftop gardens, and landscaping will cover roofs, podiums, and surrounding areas. Panoramic elevators will offer views of greenery, fountains, sports courts, and other facilities designed to enhance community life.

Community infrastructure

Azizi Milan is a self-sustaining community featuring residential units, a mall, luxury hotels, retail districts, office spaces, schools, nurseries, mosques, wellness centres, and parks. The tallest towers will reach 70 stories, with mid-rise buildings of 25 to 35 stories easing the transition to quieter residential areas. A canal will add a waterfront aspect to the development.

Location and connectivity

Situated on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311), Azizi Milan connects several emirates including Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, and Ras Al Khaimah. It is also a short walk from the future Blue Line metro station, enhancing accessibility.

Azizi Milan follows the development and sales success of Azizi Riviera in MBR City and Azizi Venice in Dubai South. Azizi Developments is the master developer, managing infrastructure and road networks to ensure integrated community planning.
