Aldar has launched Al Ghadeer Gardens, a new residential community featuring 437 villas and townhouses along the Abu Dhabi-Dubai border.
The development offers two-, three- and four-bedroom homes designed to suit modern family living. Residents will have convenient access to major business and leisure hubs across both emirates. Key destinations such as Expo City Dubai, Dubai Parks and Resorts, and the future Palm Jebel Ali are within a 20-minute drive. Al Maktoum International Airport is also nearby, while Yas Island, Zayed International Airport, and Abu Dhabi city remain easily accessible.
Al Ghadeer Gardens incorporates over 30,000 square metres of landscaped open space, creating a pedestrian-friendly environment for residents. The development is part of the broader Al Ghadeer community, which already includes a variety of residential and lifestyle amenities.
The project is designed with sustainability and wellbeing in mind. Aldar aims for Estidama Pearl 2 and Fitwel 2-star certifications, aligning the development with established environmental and health-focused standards.
