Arabian Travel Market (ATM) 2025

Arabian Travel Market (ATM) 2025 will spotlight the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on the global travel industry.

Held from April 28 April to May 1 at Dubai World Trade Centre, this leading international event will welcome AI experts and travel professionals to discuss how AI is reshaping business and leisure travel, improving operations, and enhancing the customer experience.

According to Statista, since 2020, about two-thirds of global tech investment deals in travel and mobility have involved AI and machine learning. From smarter booking tools to more personalised guest services, AI is being used across every level of the industry.

Inspiring speakers and real-world solutions

ATM 2025 will feature a strong lineup of influential speakers, cutting-edge innovations, and practical insights. Danielle Curtis, Exhibition Director ME, said:

“We’re excited to present discussions on the latest AI advancements and showcase solutions that empower businesses to make smarter decisions. ATM is a must-attend for anyone looking to stay ahead in the travel industry.”

Among the headline speakers is Cassie Kozyrkov, CEO of Kozyr and former Chief Decision Scientist at Google. A global leader in AI and founder of the field of Decision Intelligence, she will deliver the opening keynote:
Kozyrkov will share how companies can turn AI potential into real business results, uncover common pitfalls, and look ahead at AI’s future in travel.

The Human touch in a tech-driven world

ATM will also explore how to balance AI innovation with human connection. Sessions will cover topics like:

  • Hyper-personalised travel experiences, presented by futurist John Duffield

  • Ethical AI use and data privacy, with Expedia Group’s Robin Lawther

  • AI in event planning, led by Dorothee Anjos of Multilem

These discussions will address how travel providers can integrate smart technologies without losing the human element that defines hospitality.

AI’s role in the future of travel

  • Paul Griffiths, CEO of Dubai Airports, will speak on how AI is driving smarter aviation—from predictive maintenance to better passenger experiences.

  • Graham Pope, VP at Cvent, will explore how AI helps event planners track success and plan more impactful business travel.

ATM 2025 is held in partnership with Dubai World Trade Centre, alongside strategic partners including Dubai’s Department of Economy and Tourism (DET), Emirates, IHG Hotels & Resorts, and Al Rais Travel.
