Reportage Group recorded Dhs 312 million in sales in a single day following the launch of two residential developments, BAIA and SENSI, in Abu Dhabi.
The result points to continued demand for new housing projects in key waterfront and cultural districts of the capital.
The sales were achieved during the launch of BAIA in Al Raha and SENSI on Saadiyat Island. Both locations are among Abu Dhabi’s most active residential areas, attracting buyers seeking long-term value and prime settings.
BAIA in Al Raha
BAIA is a waterfront residential project located directly in front of a canal in Al Raha. The development focuses on community-oriented living and contemporary design, with layouts planned around open spaces and shared areas overlooking the water.
SENSI on Saadiyat
