JA Hatta Fort Hotel opens dog-friendly cabins in Hajar Mountains

The Terra Cabins in the magnificent Hajar Mountains are the latest cabin accommodations introduced by JA Hatta Fort Hotel. These cabins will be available for occupancy starting from March 1.

The cabins are designed with natural pinewood facades that seamlessly integrate with the surroundings and are fitted with various amenities such as a minibar, a wardrobe, an on-demand multimedia projector, a walk-in rain shower, and an alcove seating area.

The brand’s sustainable mission is evident in the construction of these new accommodations, which feature slanted roofs designed to support the future installation of solar panels and infrastructure that regulates air conditioning temperature control.

For guests who travel with their pets, JA Hatta Fort Hotel offers special dog-friendly cabins with open space that includes walking trails and ample room for playing games like fetch.

In addition to the cabins’ amenities, guests will have access to JA Hatta Fort Hotel’s various facilities, such as 24-hour in-room dining services, restaurants, and leisure and recreational activities.

“We are extremely proud of our momentum and continued commitment to follow an environmental movement that strongly aligns with the UAE’s vision for 2023, The Year of Sustainability. This expansion of the resort is also in line with the fervent belief in and support of the continued growth and development of the Hatta region,” JA Hatta Fort Hotel’s general manager Deborah Thomson said.

“As we looked at opportunities for growth, we equally weighed the project’s impact on sustainability — which is why the Terra Cabins at JA Hatta Fort Hotel were completed with a minimal carbon footprint and sustainable future in mind,” Thomson added.
