Al Barari CEO Hazza Zaal launches Elemental 78 in Dubai

Elemental 78, a boutique residential development in Jumeirah Garden City, has been completed and opened its show apartments to prospective buyers.

The project offers a limited collection of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, with landscaped areas and greenery incorporated throughout the development.

The completion means buyers and investors can assess the finished residences, materials and shared facilities in person rather than relying solely on plans or renders.

Nature-focused design in central Dubai

Elemental 78 brings a nature-led residential concept into an urban setting, with climbing greenery, mature planting and landscaped spaces forming part of the development.

Shared areas include a rooftop swimming pool with private cabanas, a miniature garden, viewing deck and yoga space. There is also a Technogym-equipped gym, landscaped lounges and a koi pond.

The development includes indoor and outdoor children’s play areas and a family barbecue area with digital screens and cooling provisions.

Location close to key Dubai destinations

The development is in Jumeirah Garden City, with the developer stating that residents are approximately five minutes from Downtown Dubai and J1 Beach, nine minutes from City Walk and 15 minutes from Dubai International Airport.

Its central location is paired with amenities designed to provide residents with recreational and landscaped spaces within the development.

First ready-to-move-in project

Elemental 78 is the first ready-to-move-in project from Elemental Developments.

Hazza Zaal, Founder of Elemental Developments and CEO of Al Barari, said:

“As cities grow, access to nature becomes increasingly important to how people live and feel. At Elemental 78, greenery has shaped the development from the outset, influencing the architecture, shared spaces and everyday residential experience. The ambition is to carry the philosophy behind Al Barari into the city, creating homes that bring nature, comfort and thoughtful design closer to daily life.”

Zaal added:

“Jumeirah Garden City is an area that is very dear to me. It offers a central location with close connections to some of Dubai’s most established destinations. With Elemental 78, we wanted to complement that connectivity with a sense of retreat at home. From the rooftop pool and cabanas to the gardens and spaces for gathering, every amenity has been considered around how people spend their time and what makes that time meaningful.”

With construction complete, buyers can now experience the development and its amenities firsthand before making a purchasing decision.
