Where will Skylight Mall be?

Skylight Mall will be located along Al Khail Road, with access for residents of Jumeirah Village Triangle (JVT), Jumeirah Islands, The Springs and nearby communities.

The location is also expected to draw visitors from other parts of Dubai.

When will Skylight Mall open?

The new mall is scheduled to open in 2027.

Dubai Retail announced the project on October 6, 2026, but the announcement did not provide a specific opening date.

How big will the mall be?

Skylight Mall will have 1.3 million sq ft of gross leasable area (GLA).

It will include more than 360 stores, making it a major new retail destination for the surrounding communities.

What will be inside?

The mall is planned to bring together shopping, dining, entertainment and everyday services under one roof.

Its existing destinations include Palm Jumeirah Mall, Nad Al Sheba Mall, Ibn Battuta Mall, Dragon Mart and The Outlet Village.

The portfolio also includes destinations such as Bluewaters, JBR, Souk Madinat Jumeirah and Palm West Beach, alongside other retail centres across the emirate.
