Travellers flying to Dubai on eligible Emirates return tickets can receive complimentary attraction passes worth Dhs 535, as the airline rolls out a winter travel campaign covering selected flights booked between September 21 and October 11, 2026.
The offer includes access to three Dubai attractions: Atlantis Aquaventure Waterpark, Lost World Aquarium and the Dubai City Sightseeing bus.
Eligible passengers can use the passes during travel between September 24 and December 13, 2026, subject to the campaign’s terms and conditions.
Attraction package
The complimentary attraction package gives eligible travellers access to several popular Dubai experiences.
It includes entry to Atlantis Aquaventure Waterpark, access to Lost World Aquarium and hop-on, hop-off access to the Dubai City Sightseeing bus.
The bus service covers several of Dubai’s major landmarks, including the Burj Khalifa and Al Fahidi district.
Discounts across Dubai
Passengers can also use Emirates’ My Emirates Pass programme at participating outlets across the UAE.
By presenting a physical or digital Emirates boarding pass and valid identification, customers can access discounts and other benefits at participating restaurants, shops, spas and entertainment venues.
The discounts are available throughout the year, with additional seasonal offers during selected periods.
Hotels and activities
Travellers can also book hotels, restaurants, tours and attractions through Dubai Experience, Emirates’ platform for Dubai travel services.
The platform offers hundreds of activities from different operators, allowing visitors to create itineraries based on their preferred activities and budgets.
Flexible ticket options
Eligible travellers also receive several ticket-related benefits under the campaign.
These include unlimited free date changes across all cabin classes, the option to hold a fare for up to 24 hours without charge and reduced refund fees, according to Emirates.
The benefits are subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
Travel insurance
Emirates also offers Comprehensive Travel Cover, which can be added when booking through its website or later through Manage Your Booking.
The cover is available in 27 countries and includes worldwide medical expenses, emergency evacuation and protection against trip cancellation and baggage delays or loss.
It also includes certain conflict-related cover, with medical expenses reimbursed up to US$25,000, along with a free trip extension of up to 30 days, subject to the policy terms.

The campaign applies to eligible return tickets to Dubai purchased between September 21 and October 11, 2026.

Skywards members can earn Miles on purchases at participating outlets in Dubai Mall and use the Skywards Miles Mall to redeem digital gift cards from selected brands.
