ASAS Real Estate, the real estate arm of Sharjah Islamic Bank, has started infrastructure development works across 11 residential, commercial and industrial land projects in Sharjah.
The works include internal roads, electricity, water and telecommunications networks, as well as street lighting. The infrastructure is being developed to prepare the sites for the next stages of construction and development.
Infrastructure work across Sharjah
The projects include Al Dabdabah South and North, Hooshi, Al Belaida Phases Two and Three, Al Rowaidat and Al Metraq. The programme also covers Al Qasimia Phase Four and Al Sajaa, which include industrial and commercial land.
The two newest projects are Muhadhab, a residential and commercial development, and Logistics City, planned for commercial and industrial uses.
The infrastructure works are being carried out in coordination with relevant Sharjah government entities and in line with approved technical requirements and quality standards.
Locations connected to major routes
Several of the projects are located close to major roads linking Sharjah with other parts of the UAE. Muhadhab is located on Emirates Road between Ajman and Umm Al Quwain, while Al Dabdabah South is near Al Rahmaniya and Emirates Road.
The Hooshi plots are also close to Emirates Road, while Al Belaida is located near Dubai. Al Rowaidat is situated along Khorfakkan Road, one of Sharjah’s main routes.
Eng. Aamir Al Zarooni, General Manager of ASAS Real Estate, said the infrastructure works are intended to prepare the projects for their next stage of development by providing essential services and networks.
The company said the projects form part of developments supporting residential, commercial and industrial activities across Sharjah.
