Dubai Taxi Company (DTC) has partnered with Arabia Taxi to add 1,607 taxis to the Bolt ride-hailing platform in Dubai.
The agreement, signed with Arabia Taxi, a subsidiary of Economic Group Holdings, is expected to increase the number of vehicles available through Bolt and improve taxi availability during busy periods.

The integration will also aim to reduce estimated arrival times and make bookings faster for passengers using the Bolt platform.
DTC said the partnership is part of its strategy to expand its mobility network and strengthen its use of technology across Dubai’s transport sector.

Dubai mobility network
The agreement is part of DTC’s wider efforts to expand its network through partnerships with private taxi operators in Dubai.
The company said the partnership will also support Bolt’s expansion in Dubai’s ride-hailing market while increasing the number of taxis available to residents and visitors.
