Dubai developer SAMANA Developers has launched three residential projects in less than a month, adding 630 apartments across Jebel Ali, Warsan Fourth and the Dubai South corridor.
The projects, SAMANA Portside, SAMANA Greenfield 2 and SAMANA South Haven, are part of the company’s plan to launch and deliver 20 projects over the next 18 months.
Three new projects
SAMANA Greenfield 2 in Warsan Fourth will have 304 apartments in an 18-storey mixed-use building. The project will include 234 one-bedroom and 70 two-bedroom apartments, along with three retail units.
Located near Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, the development will include conference rooms, a sunken seating area and panoramic views.
SAMANA Portside in Jebel Ali Industrial Area 2 will comprise 126 apartments across eight floors, including 110 one-bedroom and 16 two-bedroom units. It will also have six retail spaces and access to the Dubai Metro Red Line and Sheikh Zayed Road.
The project will include private pools in selected apartments, an open-air cinema and large energy-efficient windows.
Dubai South development
SAMANA South Haven, in the Dubai Industrial City and Dubai South corridor, will offer 200 apartments ranging from studios to two-bedroom units.
The six-storey project will include an adult infinity pool, a rooftop indoor gym and an outdoor gaming arcade.
The launches come as Dubai’s residential market continues to expand, supported by population growth, infrastructure development and demand from local and international buyers.
Developer expansion
SAMANA Developers CEO Imran Farooq said the company sees its expansion as a responsibility to buyers and investors.
“Launching three projects in less than one month is an important milestone for us, but growth has never been about numbers alone. Behind every apartment is a person or family placing their trust in us; whether it is the home they will live in or an investment they have worked hard to make. We carry a responsibility to ensure that trust is reflected in the quality of what we build, the lifestyle we create and the long-term value we deliver.”
The developer said it will maintain direct oversight of construction, procurement and supply chain operations as it expands.
Farooq added: “This is the SAMANA Promise: to create distinctive lifestyle experiences, uphold the quality our buyers expect and deliver with care and accountability. By managing construction, procurement and the supply chain directly, we maintain close oversight at every stage and protect that promise as we grow. Ultimately, our success should create value for everyone; our residents, our investors, our partners and the Dubai market that has enabled us to grow.”
