25 shoppers in Dubai win cash prizes worth Dhs200,000

Twenty-five shoppers have won a combined Dhs200,000 in cash prizes following the conclusion of the Eid in Dubai – Shop, Scan & Win campaign, which ran during the Eid Al Adha shopping season.

The promotion took place from May 18 to May 31 across participating malls and community retail destinations in Dubai, giving residents and visitors the chance to enter raffle draws while shopping during the festive period.

Cash prizes

A total of Dhs200,000 was distributed among 25 winners through raffle draws held on May 27, 28, 29 and June 1.

Five winners received Dhs15,000 each, another five won Dhs10,000 each, while 15 shoppers received Dhs5,000 each.

Participating malls

The campaign was held across 14 retail and community destinations, including Al Ghurair Centre, Silicon Central, Bay Avenue, Arabian Center, Dubai Festival Plaza, Al Khail Gate Community Centre, Shorooq Community Centre, Serena Marketplace, Villanova, Mudon Community Centre, Souk Al Seef, and New West Zone Malls in Al Khail Gate and Al Mizhar.

The initiative encouraged shoppers to visit participating destinations during the Eid celebrations while taking part in prize draws.

Digital platform

The campaign used RaffleTech’s digital raffle platform, allowing customers to enter electronically and enabling organisers to conduct winner selection digitally.

Eid celebrations

The campaign formed part of the wider Eid in Dubai programme and was organised by BUZ Management in partnership with Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE), with the digital raffle powered by Raffle-Tech LLC.

Organisers said the initiative aimed to support Dubai’s festive retail activities and encourage residents and visitors to explore shopping destinations across the city during Eid Al Adha.
