Ambl, a reservations platform operating in the UK and UAE, has announced a rebrand alongside the launch of a new AI-driven concierge designed to improve the booking experience for hospitality guests and operators.
Platform innovation
The platform’s new feature allows users to search for venues using natural language, specifying preferences such as location, cuisine, or occasion. Guests can view real-time availability for restaurants, bars, and other venues in Dubai, including rooftop locations in DIFC and beachfront options on Jumeirah Beach.
For hospitality operators, the system integrates with existing reservation platforms to sync availability instantly, reducing manual effort and the risk of double bookings. The unified discovery and booking process aims to capture reservations more efficiently, particularly for spontaneous, high-intent bookings.
“Our mission has always been to close the gap between guest intent and live availability,” said Aaron Solomon, Founder and CEO of Ambl.
“This release gives operators the infrastructure to capture demand instantly while giving guests a faster, more intuitive way to reserve, moving the industry from passive discovery to active conversion.”
AI capabilities
The release includes a redesigned interface and several new features: an AI concierge capable of understanding occasion, group size, cuisine, and timing; multilingual support in English, Arabic, French, and Russian; intent-led discovery that adapts to guest behavior; and a simplified booking flow to improve completion rates. A curated “Explore” experience with video content has also been added. All features have been developed in-house.
Ambl, with offices in London and Dubai, plans to expand its platform internationally, focusing on onboarding more venues and increasing user demand. The company aims to provide scalable infrastructure for hospitality operators across multiple markets and languages.
