Udrive, a car-sharing platform in the UAE, has entered into a strategic partnership with AGMC, the official importer of MINI in Dubai, Sharjah, and the Northern Emirates. The agreement, formalised through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), will introduce MINI vehicles into Udrive’s fleet, offering users flexible access to premium urban mobility options.
New addition to the fleet
The partnership will see 100 MINI vehicles added to Udrive’s fleet, with an initial selection now available to customers across the UAE. The lineup includes MINI Convertibles, allowing users to enjoy open-top driving, alongside other MINI models designed for urban mobility. Udrive customers will benefit from an all-inclusive service, where fuel, parking, and other rental-related costs are covered, further enhancing the convenience of shared mobility.
Expanding urban mobility options
This collaboration aligns with the UAE’s vision for smarter, more connected cities, as outlined in the Dubai Master Urban Plan 2040. By providing access to premium vehicles through a flexible car-sharing model, Udrive and AGMC aim to cater to the growing demand for experience-driven, shared mobility solutions.
Hasib Khan, Founder and CEO of Udrive, highlighted the value of innovation in the partnership. “At Udrive, innovation is about giving customers real choice and flexibility. Our platform is designed to adapt to how people live, whether that means enjoying a convertible over the weekend or choosing a practical vehicle during the week. Partnering with AGMC MINI allows us to bring distinctive premium vehicles to more customers and support the UAE’s vision for flexible and efficient urban mobility.”
For AGMC, the integration of MINI models into a car-sharing platform responds to changing preferences among UAE residents, who increasingly value access and flexibility alongside design and performance. Ziad Boghdady, Head of AGMC MINI, commented: “This collaboration introduces a new way for customers to experience the MINI brand. It reflects shifting trends where flexibility in mobility is just as important as the driving experience itself.”
Expanding car-sharing services
Udrive’s platform, which allows customers to locate, book, and unlock cars through a mobile app, has been expanding rapidly. With more than 2,000 vehicles in its fleet and over three million rentals completed to date, Udrive is seeing growing demand for on-demand, flexible transport options across the UAE. In 2025 alone, the platform recorded over 554,000 trips and more than 45 million kilometres driven.
This partnership with AGMC is part of Udrive’s broader strategy to offer innovative and value-driven solutions for urban mobility while promoting car-sharing as a more sustainable alternative to private car ownership.
