Sobha Realty has extended its employee bonus programme, allocating Dhs260 million in bonuses during the 2025 financial year to staff not covered by existing incentive schemes, the company said on Wednesday.

The bonus was distributed in December 2025 and covered employees across multiple departments. According to the company, the initiative was aimed at recognising the contributions of team members who supported its operations during the year.
Commenting on the announcement, Mr. Ravi Menon, Chairman of Sobha Group, said: “Our people are at the heart of Sobha Realty’s journey and achievements. The company said the bonus was intended to provide employees with additional financial support ahead of the new year, while reinforcing its focus on maintaining a positive work environment.
Sobha Realty said the initiative aligns with its internal values and follows its recognition as a Great Place to Work, along with awards for Best Workplaces in the Middle East and Best Workplaces for Women.
