HRE Development has launched Sakura Gardens, a new resort-style community in the Falcon City of Wonders, during an event at Emirates Golf Club.

Inspired by the cherry blossom, Sakura Gardens is designed as a low-rise, nature-focused neighbourhood combining gardens, courtyards, and shared community spaces. The development aims to provide residents with a tranquil environment while remaining close to the city.

“Sakura Gardens rewards balance while providing an investment opportunity in Dubai’s new lifestyle belt,” said Wissam Breidy, CEO of HRE Development. “Here, peace does not mean isolation; it means being close to the city while nurturing a connection to oneself.”

Location: Dubailand

Located in Dubailand, the project targets families and professionals looking for alternatives to densely populated tower districts. Developers say the community offers higher rental returns than central areas and potential long-term capital growth as surrounding infrastructure develops.

“At the heart of every great place are the people who bring it to life,” said Dr. Hassan Hijazi, VP of HRE Development.

“Sakura Gardens is a reflection of thoughtful planning and genuine connection, designed to create a community that truly feels like home.”

Project details

Spanning 49,000 sqm of land with 127,500 sqm of built-up space, Sakura Gardens will include studio to three-bedroom apartments and townhomes. The design incorporates a car-free central park and focuses on wellness, outdoor living, and community interaction.

The development is structured around six themes: Wellness Sanctuary, Fitness & Active Living, Social & Creative Spaces, Resort & Leisure Experiences, Nature & Outdoor Escapes, and Smart & Sustainable Comfort.
