Al Huzaifa, a brand known for high-end furniture and interior design, has announced its entry into real estate with the launch of Soléva Beach Residences on Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah.

The fully furnished beachfront development, valued at Dhs450 million, is scheduled for completion by the fourth quarter of 2027.

First project in Ras Al Khaimah

Soléva Beach Residences marks Al Huzaifa’s first real estate project under its newly established division, Al Huzaifa Properties. The development will include 232 residential units and one retail space across two basements, a ground floor, and eight upper floors.

Apartment options range from studios to two-bedroom residences, all featuring private pools. Unit sizes vary from 380 to 2,500 sq. ft., with prices starting at Dhs1.19 million. Buyers can opt for a 50-50 payment plan — half during construction and the rest on handover.

Design and interiors

Soléva’s design draws inspiration from the curves of Al Marjan Island, integrating natural materials and open-plan interiors. All residences will have floor-to-ceiling windows and private balconies, with sea, beach, or park views.

The interiors will reflect Al Huzaifa’s signature approach, including custom furniture, neutral tones, concealed storage, stone finishes, and integrated lighting.

“Our venture into real estate at Marjan Island is the proud culmination of decades of design excellence. This project is entirely conceived, designed, and delivered in-house, giving us unparalleled control over quality, speed, and customization,” said Zaheer Rattonsey, Managing Partner at Al Huzaifa Properties.

Focus on wellness and lifestyle

Residents will have access to 50 curated amenities. These include a wellness zone with cryo cabins, thermal suites, massage rooms, saunas, steam rooms, and a Jacuzzi, alongside a fitness studio, outdoor yoga decks, and a Zen garden.

Other features include rooftop infinity pools, fire pit lounges, cabanas, and dining courtyards. The development will also offer services such as valet, AI-powered concierge, coworking spaces, and a 9,000 sq. ft. food and beverage hub.

Soléva is also the first residential project in the UAE to introduce an Owner’s SuperApp, allowing residents to manage services, amenities, and vacation rentals digitally.

“We are proud to bring Al Huzaifa’s legacy of craftsmanship, precision, and refined design into real estate with the launch of Soléva Beach Residences,” said Saif Nensey, CEO of Al Huzaifa Furniture and Al Huzaifa Properties. “This project embodies our commitment to creating residences that combine luxury, comfort, and a deep connection to nature.”

Strategic location

Ras Al Khaimah continues to grow as a tourism and investment destination. In 2024, the emirate recorded 1.28 million visitors and a 12% increase in tourism revenue. Authorities aim to triple visitor numbers by 2030, supporting growth across hospitality, logistics, and real estate.

Soléva is being developed in collaboration with several design firms: VELA (architecture), Square M Design (landscape), Studio Lumen (lighting), and MWM Studio (interiors).

The launch places Al Huzaifa among a growing list of design-led brands diversifying into real estate in the UAE.
