Al Zorah Real Estate Development Company has announced the early handover of Seaside Hills Residence, an upscale residential project in Al Zorah City, four months ahead of its original completion date.
Project completed early
Initially planned for delivery in December 2025, the project will now be handed over in August, marking another early completion by the developer. Al Zorah is a joint venture between the Government of Ajman and Solidere International.
The development includes 105 sea-facing residential units ranging from one- to four-bedroom apartments, with a total built-up area of approximately 167,689 square feet. The architectural design combines modern aesthetics with the coastal features of the surrounding environment.
