Marquis Developers has announced its latest residential project, Marquis One, a 22-storey tower located in the Arjan community.
Set for completion in 2028, the development will feature nearly 500 apartments, including studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units.
Seventh project launched
The Dubai-based developer, known for upscale family-oriented housing, has launched six residential projects to date. Two of those – 2020 Marquis and Marquis Signature – have already been handed over. The company currently has 630 homes under development, with 250 units scheduled for delivery between Q4 2025 and Q1 2026.
Marquis One is expected to be the developer’s tallest and largest project so far. It also marks the first time the company is offering studio apartments in Arjan, aiming to cater to professionals, couples, and young families.
In a move to enhance the residential experience, Marquis One will include dedicated guest suites that allow residents to host visiting friends and relatives within the building.

To celebrate the launch and ongoing sales performance, Marquis Developers hosted a gala event in Dubai recognising top-performing real estate agents and agencies. The event also served as a platform to unveil Marquis One to key partners and stakeholders.

Payment plans
Marquis One offers flexible payment plans designed to reduce the financial burden on buyers. Payments can be made throughout the construction period, with the remaining balance due upon handover. Buyers will also have the option to apply for mortgage support from banks.
The developer operates as a Shariah-compliant and debt-free company, allowing it to focus on timely delivery without financial constraints.
