Aldar has announced Fahid Beach Terraces, a new six-building residential project located along the shoreline of Fahid Island in Abu Dhabi.
The 501-unit development includes one- to four-bedroom apartments, duplexes, and six exclusive five-bedroom penthouses. The residences are open to buyers of all nationalities, with sales beginning on August 27, 2025.
