Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has released the official operating hours for public services during the Eid Al Adha holiday for the Hijri year 1446.
The changes will affect customer service centres, public transport, parking zones, and vehicle testing centres across the emirate. Public parking will be free from June 5 to June 8, except at multi-level parking terminals.
Metro and tram timings
Dubai Metro (Red and Green Lines) will operate daily from June 4 to June 7, between 5:00 am and 1:00 am the following day. Dubai Tram will run on the same dates from 6:00 am to 1:00 am.
Bus schedule changes
Public bus schedules can be checked via the S’hail app. Route E100 from Al Ghubaiba to Abu Dhabi will be suspended from June 4 to June 8.
Passengers can use Route E101 from Ibn Battuta Bus Station instead. Route E102 will operate directly between Al Jafiliya Bus Station and Zayed International Airport, bypassing Ibn Battuta and Musaffah.
Marine and parking services
Marine transport service timings can be accessed online via RTA’s portal.
All RTA Customer Happiness Centres will be closed throughout the holiday. However, Smart Customer Happiness Centres in Umm Ramool, Deira, Al Barsha, and RTA Head Office will remain open 24/7.
Vehicle testing centres will be closed from June 5 to June 7. Limited testing services will resume on June 8 at selected centres including Tasjeel Al-Tawar, AutoPro Al-Mankhool, Tasjeel Al-Awir, Al Yalayis, and Shamil Muhaisnah. Full services across all centres will return to normal on June 9.
