HRE Development has announced the launch of Celeste, a low-density residential project located along the Al Jaddaf waterfront. The development features 44 units designed with an emphasis on privacy, natural light, and contemporary architecture.

Celeste offers a limited number of homes that combine modern simplicity with views of Dubai Creek. Floor-to-ceiling windows, open-plan layouts, and a palette of warm materials are key design features aimed at providing both comfort and visual calm.

Celeste is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2027. The project is located between Downtown Dubai and the Al Jaddaf Waterfront, an area that continues to grow as a residential and cultural hub.
