lydubai, the Dubai-based airline, has announced a new partnership with LinkedIn to enhance its recruitment efforts.

This collaboration will help flydubai attract skilled talent as it continues to expand its workforce and strengthen its position within the UAE’s growing aviation industry.

LinkedIn’s Talent Enterprise Program

The airline will adopt LinkedIn’s Talent Enterprise Program, which provides powerful tools for recruitment and access to a broad network of professionals. This program will help flydubai streamline its hiring process, allowing the airline to find the best candidates for a variety of roles within the company.

The partnership will not only help flydubai with its recruitment needs but will also benefit its current employees by offering access to LinkedIn’s Learning platform. This will provide opportunities for upskilling and professional growth.

Since its founding in 2009, flydubai has grown to a workforce of more than 6,000 employees from 140 different nationalities. The airline is dedicated to investing in its staff and offers a range of development programs, including the UAE Cadet Programme, Engineering Apprenticeship, and various UAE National Development initiatives.
