The UAE amnesty scheme set to conclude on October 31 will not be extended, according to an announcement made by the ICP on Monday.

The ICP further indicated that stricter enforcement measures will be implemented, including deportations and the addition of offenders to a no-entry list. Authorities are actively conducting thorough inspections in residential neighbourhoods and businesses known to harbor violators.

The administration is keeping a close watch on the whereabouts of these individuals, planning to impose fines and ensure their removal from the country. Those deported will face restrictions on re-entering the UAE until their fines are fully paid.

Officials are advising individuals with exit permits to leave before the deadline, as some have yet to do so. There will be no leniency in this process, even within the judicial system. Inspection efforts will persist, targeting violators for deportation and placing them on a list that bars future entry into the country.
