KASCO Developments, a new venture by the well-known KASCO Group, has officially launched its first project, ONDA, in Business Bay, Dubai.
The project aims to emphasize well-being and is part of a broader plan to develop and sell 1 million square feet of residential space by 2025.
23-storey freehold community in Dubai
ONDA will be an exclusive 23-storey freehold community featuring 348 residences. This includes 85 studios starting at 449 sq ft, 190 one-bedroom apartments at 848 sq ft, 69 two-bedroom units at 1,246 sq ft, and 4 luxurious three-bedroom apartments starting at 3,025 sq ft.
Each residence is designed with spacious layouts and elegant interiors. Completion in 2027
Construction of ONDA is set to begin in the fourth quarter of 2024, with completion and handover expected by the second quarter of 2027.
