DLD data used for market analysis

The figures were compiled by Al Masdar Al Aqaari using Dubai Land Department transaction data.

The platform excluded one apartment transaction registered in Dubai Marina because of concerns about its recorded value and associated data. All figures in the analysis reflect this exclusion.
