Danube Properties is preparing to hand over 11 residential projects over the next 12 months, marking one of the company’s biggest delivery phases as Dubai’s real estate market continues to see strong demand.
Project handovers
The projects scheduled for handover include Elitz 1 & 3 in Jumeirah Village Circle, Sportz in Dubai Sports City, Viewz 1 & 2 in Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Oceanz 1, 2 & 3 in Dubai Maritime City, Fashionz in Jumeirah Village Triangle, and Oasiz 1 & 2 in Dubai Silicon Oasis.
Rizwan Sajan, Founder and Chairman of Danube Group, said: “Over the next 12 months, we are proud to hand over 11 projects, reflecting our commitment to delivering quality developments on time despite the recent regional uncertainty. These handovers represent the trust thousands of families have placed in my company and the incredible city of Dubai.”
Material costs
The company said it maintained its delivery schedule despite recent geopolitical developments in the GCC that led to higher building material costs. It said support from Danube Building Materials helped ensure construction continued as planned.
“We absorbed the increased cost of procuring construction materials because keeping our promise to customers has always come first,” Sajan added.
“Delivering on time is part of our DNA, and we look forward to welcoming thousands of new homeowners to the Danube family in the months ahead.”
Dubai market
Danube Properties said the upcoming handovers add to Dubai’s residential property supply as the emirate continues to attract local and international real estate investors.
Dubai’s property market continues to benefit from economic growth, modern infrastructure and a business-friendly environment. The city also offers competitive rental yields compared with many global markets, while eligible property investments can qualify buyers for the UAE’s Golden Visa programme, which provides long-term residency.
