AYANA Bali, a well-known luxury resort on the island, has recently opened a unique play and learning space for children, blending nature, adventure, and storytelling.
RIMBA Jungle Adventure at AYANA Bali
The newly launched RIMBA Jungle Adventure is the latest addition to the resort’s family-friendly features.
It is designed to offer an engaging experience for children of all ages through themed play zones and interactive activities. While children explore, parents can enjoy the resort’s other amenities in peace.
This is the first of several playgrounds planned by AYANA. Two more – the AYANA Ocean Adventure, focusing on water-based play, and Tevana Playground, a creatively designed park – are set to open later in 2025.
Play spaces inspired by nature and culture
Divided into different zones, the RIMBA Jungle Adventure caters to various age groups:
Sproutroots is an outdoor adventure zone for older kids. It features a zipline, climbing structures, and nature-based challenges aimed at encouraging teamwork and physical activity.
Lumincave, located on the lower ground floor, is a safe and soft play area for toddlers. With cushioned structures and sensory-focused activities, it supports early development and safe play.
Whisperwood on the first floor is an indoor play space inspired by nature. Children can take part in storytelling sessions, puzzles, and nature-themed games designed to spark imagination and curiosity.

The playground was developed in partnership with the Kingsmen Group, a design and experience company known for creating themed environments. The concept also incorporates aspects of Bali’s natural beauty and folklore, aiming to offer a well-rounded experience that mixes learning with play.

As family-oriented travel becomes more popular, destinations like AYANA Bali are increasingly focusing on experiences that cater to both children and adults. The RIMBA Jungle Adventure is part of that growing trend, offering something different for families looking to combine luxury, learning, and fun during their travels.
