Alef Group has awarded construction contracts worth Dhs750 million to begin the final phase of its Hayyan residential project, as demand for the development remains strong.
The last stage of Hayyan will include more than 700 homes. The company said 97 per cent of the project has already been sold, indicating continued investor interest in Sharjah’s property market.
The contracts cover the construction of the Samr 1, Samr 2 and Deem residential clusters, along with a mall, clubhouse and landscaping works. The phase marks the full rollout of the remaining parts of the development.
