Nest Hotel has introduced a limited-time offer allowing guests to extend their stay in Aljada with early check-in and late check-out options.
The “40 is the new 24” deal lets guests check in from 6am and stay until 10pm the following day. Room rates start from Dhs140+, with the extended hours included at no additional cost.
The offer is valid until May 21 and applies to selected room types, subject to availability.

Guests booking the offer will receive one free ticket per stay to BOUNCE Sharjah. The package also includes unlimited rides on Yalla eBikes and eScooters across Aljada, along with complimentary access to the Wellfit Sarab gym.
Discounts are available at several food outlets, including 20 per cent off and free delivery from Hungry Wolves and Boost Juice, as well as 15 per cent off at Kashtat Amina and The Reformatory Lab.
Nest Hotel, which opened in December 2025, features 395 rooms along with lounges, co-working spaces and dining outlets. The property also offers direct access to East Boulevard, a hub within Aljada that includes more than 100 restaurants, shops and entertainment venues.
The hotel said rooms under the offer are limited each day and advance booking is recommended. The promotion cannot be combined with other offers, and rates are subject to taxes and service charges.
