Greenz By Danube launched in Dubai International Academic City

Danube Properties has announced the launch of Greenz By Danube, marking its entry into large-scale master-planned community developments in Dubai.

Greenz By Danube

The new development is located in Dubai International Academic City, close to Dubai Silicon Oasis. The area is home to a growing residential base and is expected to see further expansion with the planned District IO technology hub, aligned with the vision of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.

Property details

Greenz By Danube will include a mix of three- and four-bedroom townhouses, along with five-bedroom semi-detached and twin villas. The homes will feature sky gardens and are designed as part of a low-density layout.

The project is expected to be completed within 36 to 40 months, with handover scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2029.

Connectivity plans

The development is positioned near key road networks, including Emirates Road and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. It is also within driving distance of Downtown Dubai, Burj Khalifa, and Dubai International Airport. The upcoming Blue Line Metro is expected to improve access to the area.

Amenities

The community will feature more than 50 amenities spread across multiple zones. These include sports facilities, landscaped green areas, family spaces, and wellness-focused zones.

Rizwan Sajan, Founder and Chairman of Danube Group, said: “Greenz by Danube sets new benchmark for premium master communities – a first-of-its-kind living experience in Dubai. Designed with low-density planning, it ensures prime location and high appreciation guarantee. With 50+ luxury amenities and fully furnished, designer-curated interiors with Dolce Vita, every detail reflects elegance and distinction. Greenz is not just a community – it is a luxury lifestyle experience of a lifetime.”

Prices for units start from Dhs3.5 million, with a payment plan starting at one per cent per month.
