Union Coop has introduced a new subscription-based delivery service, offering customers unlimited free delivery through its mobile application. The service, named Union Coop Unlimited, is priced at Dhs 25 per month or Dhs 220 annually.

The launch supports Dubai’s broader push for digital transformation and aims to meet growing demand in the quick-commerce (Q-commerce) sector. According to Union Coop, the service offers subscribers access to unlimited free delivery on a wide range of products available through its app.
Mohamed Al Hashemi, CEO of Union Coop, said: “The program currently provides unlimited free delivery on thousands of product assortments available through the Union Coop app, along with flexible monthly and annual subscription options. This ensures greater convenience, comfort, and a seamless shopping experience for our customers.”
Union Coop stated that the move was influenced by rising demand for online shopping. The company’s app has seen a 34% increase in orders this year compared to the same period last year, reflecting a shift in consumer preferences toward digital services.
Al Hashemi noted that the subscription model marks a step toward improving customer experience and supporting Dubai’s digital retail infrastructure. “Union Coop will continue to develop and introduce advanced digital solutions that reinforce its position as a leading retailer and a key contributor to Dubai’s smart retail infrastructure,” he said.
