To mark Eid Al Adha, UAE-based mobility platform SelfDrive is offering daily car rentals starting at just Dhs 1 through its mobile app. The limited-time promotion runs from June 2 to June 9, 2025.
Eid-exclusive flash sale
Available exclusively via the SelfDrive app, the Dh1 per day offer applies to select models, including the Suzuki Ciaz, Nissan Sunny, Toyota Yaris, and Suzuki Baleno. The deal is open to users opting for daily rentals and is accessible by selecting the “Daily” tab within the app.
“There are no hidden fees or complicated steps,” the company said in a statement. “Just an unbeatable car rental deal to make your Eid travels even more memorable.”
App-based booking process
The promotion comes alongside the launch of SelfDrive’s newly redesigned app, which simplifies the booking process into three quick steps: selecting the service, choosing a car model, and completing payment — all in under a minute.
The platform caters to individual, long-term, and corporate rental needs, offering flexibility through an entirely digital process.
Regional expansion and reach
Launched in the UAE in 2017, SelfDrive now operates across the GCC, UK, Ireland, and Turkey. It provides access to over 100 car models from more than 50 car brands, with vehicles booked directly from dealerships.
To date, SelfDrive reports having served more than 1.5 million customers representing 95 nationalities.
