Acube starts construction on Vega project in Dubai Sports City

Acube Developments has begun construction on its latest residential project, Vega, located in Dubai Sports City.

The 23-storey tower is the company’s third major development in the city and comes amid high buyer interest, with 95% of units already sold.

Residential project details

The project includes 129 residential units, comprising studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. Scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2027, Vega is designed to offer urban living with a focus on comfort and functionality.

According to the developer, the building will feature over 35 amenities, including a rooftop pool, open-air cinema, wellness facilities, gaming lounge, and smart home systems. A pickleball court and waterfall are also planned as part of the nature-inspired design approach.

Strategic expansion

Acube Developments has outlined plans to launch 10 new projects across Dubai in the next two years, including developments on Sheikh Zayed Road.

The company has also achieved full backward integration through its subsidiary, Acube Industries, which produces interior elements such as woodwork, joinery, and fit-outs.

Statement from the developer

“Breaking ground on Vega marks the realisation of a vision inspired by Dubai’s relentless pursuit of innovation and excellence,” said Ramjee Iyer, Chairman & Managing Director of Acube Developments.

“This is a city that constantly rethinks what’s possible, and Vega embodies that spirit – seamlessly blending nature with modern luxury to create a living experience unlike any other. As we move forward, our commitment remains to create spaces that enhance lifestyles and contribute to the exciting future of the emirate,” he added.

Construction is currently underway, and the developer expects Vega to become a notable addition to the skyline of Dubai Sports City.
