Developers in the UAE are seeing a growing interest from investors and professionals in luxury homes that include integrated co-working spaces, according to The Luxe Developers. This trend is shaping a new type of premium residence, where work and lifestyle needs are met under one roof.
Work-from-home influence
Chairman and Co-owner of The Luxe Developers, Shubam Aggarwal, said demand is especially strong in Ras Al Khaimah.

Ras Al Khaimah is gaining attention as a destination that blends business and leisure. Property prices in the emirate have risen by as much as 60%, supported by increasing investor confidence and large-scale development plans.
