Dubai Metro, bus, tram and public parking timing in Ramadan 2024

Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has announced the business hours of all services during the holy month of Ramadan 2024 covering Customer Happiness Centres, Paid Parking Zones, Public Buses, Dubai Metro & Tram, Marine Transport, and Service Provider Centres (Technical Testing).

Public Parking in Dubai during Ramadan

Tariff is applied to all parking zones Monday – Saturday: First Shift: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm. Second Shift: 8:00 pm – 00:00 midnight. Tariff is applied to TECOM Parking Zone (F): 8:00 am – 6:00 pm. Multi-Storey Car Parking: operates 24/7.

RTA Customer Happiness Centres timing

Working hours during the holy month of Ramadan at the Customer Happiness Centres will be as follows: Umm Ramool, Deira, Al Barsha, Al Tawar, and Al Manara from Monday to Thursday: from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and on Friday from 9:00 am to 12:00 midday.

Note: Smart Customer Happiness Centres of Umm Ramool, Deira, Al Barsha, Al Kifaf and RTA’s HQ will work round-the-clock as usual.

Service Providers Centres (Vehicle Testing)

Tasjeel Jebel Ali: Monday to Thursday and Saturday: 07:00 am – 04:00 pm. Friday: 07:00 am – 12:00 pm. Sunday: Closed. Hatta: Monday to Thursday and Saturday: 08:00 am – 03:00 pm Friday: 08:00 pm – 00:00 am (Midnight) Sunday: Closed. AL Qusais, Al Barsha, Al Warsan: Monday to Thursday and Saturday: 08:00 am – 00:00 am (Midnight). Friday Morning Shift: 08:00 am – 12:00 pm (Midday). Friday Evening Shift: 03:00pm – 00:00 am (Midnight).

Sunday: Closed.

Friday Morning Shift: 08:00 am – 12:00 pm (Midday). Friday Evening Shift: 08:00 pm – 00:00 am (Midnight).

Sunday: Closed.

Al Yalays, Tasjeel Al Aweer, Tasjeel Al Twar, Autopro, Satwa, and Autopro Al Mankhool: Monday to Thursday and Saturday: Morning Shift: 08:00 am – 04:00 pm. Evening Shift: 08:00 pm – 00:00 (Midnight). Friday Morning Shift: 08:00 am – 12:00 pm (Midday). Friday Evening Shift: 08:00 pm – 00:00 am (Midnight). Sunday Morning Shift: 08:00 am – 04:00 pm. Dubai Metro timing in Ramadan

There is no change in the Metro timing schedule. Red Line & Green Line Stations: Monday – Thursday: 05:00 am – 00:00 midnight. Friday 05:00 am – 1:00 am (next day). Saturday 05:00 am – 00:00 midnight. Sunday 08:00 am – 00:00 midnight.

Dubai Tram timing during Ramadan

There is no change in the Tram timing schedule. Monday – Thursday 06:00 am – 01:00 am (Next Day). Sunday 09:00 am – 01:00 am (Next Day).

Dubai Bus timing in Ramadan

The schedules of all Metro Link routes will be synchronised with the Metro Schedules. Dubai Bus timings on weekdays will operate as follows: Monday – Friday 04:30 am – 12:30 am (Next day). Saturday – Sunday 06:00 am – 1:00 am (Next day).
